Lead Toddler Teacher Needed

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for toddlers. Your leadership will inspire young learners through innovative curriculum development, effective classroom management, and personalized care. Duties Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curriculum tailored to toddlers' developmental stages. Lead classroom activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, physical development, and early childhood education standards. Manage daily classroom routines with a focus on toddler care, behavior management, and safety protocols to ensure a secure learning environment. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to childhood development or special education needs. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to maintain high-quality childcare and classroom management standards. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, with a strong emphasis on toddler care and classroom experience. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education tailored for young children. Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members. Ability to lead a classroom effectively while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Pay:

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour
