The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters learning and development for preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy, physical education, and overall childhood development. Duties Educate preschool children through engaging lesson plans that align with developmental milestones. Teach physical education activities to enhance children's motor skills and promote healthy habits. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Monitor and assess children's progress. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate children's development and address any concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space that reflects the children's work and interests. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is highly desirable. Understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Ability to create engaging lesson plans. Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to maintain order while promoting positive behavior Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
