Preschool (Ages 3-5) Position Summary Perfect Love Christian Academy is seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Lead Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will support children's academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development while promoting kindergarten readiness through hands-on learning experiences. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities. Foster a positive, Christ-centered classroom environment. Teach and incorporate Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL) into daily classroom routines and instruction. Support children's development in literacy, math, science, social skills, and character education. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom. Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, outdoor play, and field trips. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities. Complete required documentation and assessments. Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive learning experience for all students. Model Christian values, professionalism, and positive behavior. Qualifications Experience working with children ages 3-5 preferred. Spanish fluency and proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) are required. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Dependable, organized, and team-oriented. Must pass all required background checks.
