Job Description

Burn Boot Camp is looking for a caring and compassionate child care provider who has experience caring for children ages eight weeks to twelve years old in a professional setting. We are committed to providing top quality care and a welcoming environment that reflects the Burn commitment to the community. Our goal is to enhance the lives of every child that attends our facility and ensure a safe, engaging, and clean environment.

CHILDCARE PROVIDER JOB DESCRIPTION/EXPECTATIONS
We are currently hiring multiple Childcare Team Members for the following shifts: Monday
  • Friday mornings (8:10 am-10:30 am) and 1 Saturday per month (7:45 am-10:15 am) Monday
  • Friday evenings (3:30pm
  • 6:45pm) and 1 Saturday per month (7:45 am
  • 10:15 am) Monday, Wednesday, Friday evenings (3:30pm
  • 6:45pm) and 2 Saturdays per month (7:45am
  • 10:15am) Tuesday and Thursday evenings (3:30pm
  • 6:45pm) and 2 Saturdays per month (7:45am
  • 10:15am)
REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILDCARE PROVIDER
Must be responsible, act in a professional manner and effectively communicate with other team members and parents/children Must enjoy being around and engaging children with an understanding that safety is top priority Must have prior work experience related to caring for infants and toddlers. Must be CPR certified or willing to obtain this certification in near future Must work well with others and have a "team effort" mentality Must be at least 21 years old
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CHILD CARE PROVIDER
Greet parents and children in a polite and friendly manner Ensure that each child is signed into the room by parent/legal guardian and signed out by same person For new clients, ensure that parent/legal guardian signs our liability waiver Supervise children while parent(s) are attending boot camp and engage children in various activities, including crafts/structured activities and free play Assist in preparation of crafts Follow company policies regarding handling of disruptive or unacceptable behavior (etc, time outs, remove from room if necessary to ensure safety of other children) Clean/disinfect/vacuum the child care room per protocol. Assist in main gym after camps with post-camp clean up.
