In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire children to explore, learn, and grow while ensuring their well-being is always prioritized. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives through engaging activities and compassionate caregiving. Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, including preschool, toddler care, and infant care routines Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times Support children's social skills by encouraging positive behavior management and classroom engagement Provide attentive caregiving that meets individual needs, especially for children with disabilities or special education requirements Administer basic first aid when necessary and communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and concerns Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play Collaborate with team members to create inclusive learning experiences that foster growth in early childhood education Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or classroom settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment Ability to perform first aid and handle emergency situations confidently Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education settings is a plus Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members Demonstrated ability to manage behavior effectively and promote a nurturing atmosphere Join us in shaping young minds!
