Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. The Child Care Teacher will work closely with children, parents, and staff to ensure that each child's individual needs are met. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns regarding behavior or development. Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Encourage social interaction among children to promote teamwork and cooperation. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across different age groups. Experience Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential for creating effective educational experiences. Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
