This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, experience with childhood development, and a genuine passion for working with children. Prior experience in daycare, babysitting, or classroom settings is highly valued. The Childcare Provider will play a vital role in fostering growth, learning, and well-being for the children under their supervision. Duties Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure safety and engagement Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Manage behavior using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques Provide first aid when necessary and respond appropriately to emergencies Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns Collaborate with other caregivers or teachers to ensure consistency in care approaches Encourage social skills, emotional regulation, and independence among children Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or classroom settings is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children Familiarity with behavior management strategies suitable for young children Certifications such as first aid or CPR are highly desirable Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with parents, guardians, and team members This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working in a supportive environment that values professional growth.
