Full Job Description Benefits:
Paid time off We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with preschool-aged children. This job requires fostering social-emotional growth, and supporting early literacy and numeracy skills. The teacher will play a vital role in promoting childhood development through classroom management, and individualized attention to each child's needs.
Hours:
M-Th 8:30-12:30 or T/Th 8:30-12:30 Responsibilities Facilitate engaging lessons that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all students. Utilize behavior management techniques to support positive social interactions and emotional regulation. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate student progress and address individual needs. Incorporate classroom management strategies that foster independence, curiosity, and a love of learning. Support child welfare by ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times within the classroom setting. Experience Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is required; classroom experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and administrators. CPR and First Aid Certified High School Diploma required
