Responsibilities:

Implement \"Wonder of Learning\" curriculum that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for children aged 3-5. Observe and assess children's developmental progress and communicate findings to parents. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to build a strong community. Utilize age-appropriate teaching methods and materials to enhance learning experiences. Maintain a clean, organized classroom and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices. Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team.

Requirements:

High School diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's preferred degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting. Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning standards. Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching. Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Background check and clearances required for employment.
