Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities for children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and families
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents
• Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and conducive to learning
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including first aid procedures
• Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
• Familiarity with preschool curriculum and teaching methods
• Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
