We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children's lives, fostering their social, emotional, and intellectual development. Responsibilities:
  • Implement our educational programs and activities
  • Provide support to students in their early learning and development
  • Provide classroom management and behavior management
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
Requirements:
  • Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with students in a DSS certified childcare setting is required
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
  • Ability to assist in educating students and supporting their learning process in emotional and social development
  • Familiarity with the unique needs and developmental stages of infants
  • preschool aged children
  • Understanding of child development theories and milestones
  • Knowledge of basic childcare practices and safety guidelines
  • Ability to assist in creating an engaging and stimulating classroom environment
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques for promoting positive behavior in students
  • Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
