Job Description

Join Cathedral Preschool as a Preschool Substitute Teacher and become a part of a team dedicated to fostering a nurturing and inspiring learning environment. Compensation:
$18 hourly
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing lesson plans and activities as directed by the lead teacher Provide a safe and loving environment for preschool-aged children Follow established classroom procedures and maintain a positive learning atmosphere Support individual and group needs of children, including behavior management and conflict resolution Communicate effectively with staff and parents to ensure continuity in the children's learning and development
Qualifications:
6+ months of experience working in a licensed childcare facility Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and classroom environments Understanding of basic classroom management techniques Have availability to sub 2+ days a week
