Duties Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development for toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children Provide specialized care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting to support their developmental milestones Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns to foster trust and transparency Follow mandated reporting laws by documenting incidents or concerns related to child safety or well-being according to legal requirements Manage behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good conduct and emotional regulation Maintain a clean, organized environment that complies with health and safety standards for childcare settings Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying, or youth programs is highly valued Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles across different age groups including infants, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Training or certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure immediate response during emergencies Familiarity with behavior management strategies and classroom experience that promote positive interactions among children Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus Knowledge of early childhood education practices and classroom management techniques enhances your ability to create a nurturing environment Join us in shaping bright futures!
