Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and attentive Lead Infant Teacher to join our Christ-centered early childhood program . Our faith-based daycare provides a loving, peaceful environment where even our youngest children are surrounded by prayer, encouragement, and nurturing care. Responsibilities Provide responsive, individualized care for infants Maintain feeding, sleeping, and care schedules Create a calm, loving, faith-filled classroom atmosphere Incorporate gentle Christian music and prayer into daily routines Supervise assistant teachers Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Requirements Knowledge of infant development and safe sleep practices Experience in infant care Alignment with our Christian values and mission Strong communication and teamwork skills First Aid/CPR certification preferred Join us as a Lead Infant Teacher to make a meaningful difference in young children's lives!
