Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote early childhood education, literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional skills. Plan engaging lesson activities that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages, including toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively by applying positive behavior management techniques to create a respectful and encouraging environment. Support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development through hands-on activities, play-based learning, and early intervention strategies. Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's achievements, challenges, and welfare needs regularly. Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and childcare licensing requirements at all times. Qualifications Proven classroom management skills with experience in early childhood education or daycare settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques. Experience working with children in preschool or daycare environments; Montessori or private school experience is a plus. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies to support diverse learners. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners effectively. Ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical activities, and social-emotional learning components. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields; additional qualifications in tutoring or teaching physical education are advantageous.
