Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher for our 2 year old room to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and fostering their growth and development in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities
- Educate and engage preschool-aged children in various learning activities
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a structured daily routine
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, early childhood education setting, or similar environment
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong understanding of infant care, toddler care, and preschool curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment
- Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not required
