Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our South Shea learning center in the Educational Services industry. In this role, you will nurture and educate young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in a safe, supportive classroom. You will design and implement lesson plans, support social-emotional growth, and communicate regularly with families. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being. Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Collaborate with teaching team and center staff to support program goals. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies.
