Job Description
KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our Cordova KinderCare center. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow. You will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons, support social-emotional development, and observe and document each child's progress. Teachers at KinderCare work closely with families, communicate regularly about milestones, and collaborate with colleagues to refine engaging, play-based curriculum. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood best practices. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Support social-emotional development and positive behavior guidance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. Collaborate with center staff to develop and refine educational programs. Participate in professional development and ongoing training.
