KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Bedford Way center to nurture and educate young children in a warm, engaging environment. In this role, you'll create developmentally appropriate lesson plans, ensure a safe and inclusive classroom, and partner closely with families to support each child's growth. You will foster curiosity, social-emotional skills, and school readiness through play-based learning. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Build strong, positive relationships with children and families through regular communication. Observe, document, and report on each child's development and progress. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Collaborate with center staff to plan programs and events. Follow all center, state, and licensing regulations and health/safety protocols. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
