Qualifications :

Experience working in a preschool setting. Responsibilities Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum Assist children with developing social and emotional skills Communicate with parents and other school personnel Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones Create a welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management. Engage with children through age-appropriate activities that support early intervention and special education needs when necessary. Incorporate childcare best practices by ensuring safety protocols are followed and promoting healthy habits like toddler care routines. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education strategies. Ability to work effectively with children of varying ages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
