We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator/Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that support literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles, including special education and early intervention strategies. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment that encourages cooperation and respect. Support children's overall development by applying knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Foster strong communication with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to each child's progress. Incorporate Creative Curriculum or other educational philosophies to enhance experiential learning experiences. Conduct assessments using standardized testing when appropriate to monitor progress and inform instruction. Provide care for toddlers and preschoolers, including routines such as meal times, naps, and outdoor activities. Maintain detailed records of student progress, behavior management plans, and lesson documentation in compliance with childcare standards. Skills Extensive experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development for early childhood settings. Proven ability to work effectively with children across various developmental stages, including toddlers and preschoolers. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Experience with daycare or private school environments is highly desirable. Ability to implement early intervention programs and support children with diverse learning needs. Commitment to child welfare practices ensuring safety, health, and emotional well-being in the classroom. Pay & Perks:

Premium Pay:
