Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Johnson City KinderCare center to inspire and nurture young learners. In this on-site role, you'll create a safe, engaging classroom, implementing developmentally appropriate lessons that support social, emotional, and academic growth. You'll observe and document progress, communicate regularly with families, and uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards. Collaborating with a supportive team, you'll contribute to a warm, inclusive culture with opportunities for professional development and career advancement in early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe, document, and support each child's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and well-being. Implement Kinder Care curriculum and center policies. Support children's social-emotional growth through positive guidance. Collaborate with co-teachers and center staff on classroom and center initiatives. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.
