We are located on 12284 N Fox Den Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. Responsibilities Ensures that all policies regarding Casual Care are followed exactly as stated in the handbook and as required by the State Health Department. Ensures proper staffing levels are maintained at all times the casual care center is open. Ensures a safe environment for the children while in casual care. Ensures clean and sanitary conditions in the center at all times. Wipes and sanitizes toys and play equipment at the end of each day/night and as needed. Reports in writing any incidents involving a child or their parent. Ensures all necessary forms are signed for receiving and releasing a child from casual care. Ensures proper filing and record keeping of required forms for casual care. Ensures the safety of the children Never leaves a child unattended. Maintains a clean and professional appearance at all times for self and other workers Observes and monitors children play activities Organize games and activities to keep children entertained Organizes and stores toys and equipment in an orderly fashion Effectively handles issues that may arise with members and violations of our policies Qualifications Must be age 15 years or older Proven experience in this field is a plus but not required Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, bend and stand Ability to obtain CPR certification and pass backround screening Schedule Friday evenings and Saturday mornings/early afternoons Some additional days/times for special events as needed We are looking forward to reading your application!
