KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Maryville center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will create and deliver developmentally appropriate lesson plans, guide social and emotional growth, and foster curiosity through play-based learning. You will ensure classroom safety, maintain licensing and health standards, and build strong, supportive relationships with families. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment aligned with Kinder Care standards. Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety, well-being, and positive social interaction. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress, activities, and any concerns. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured and play-based learning. Observe, document, and report on children's development and behavior. Collaborate with center staff to support a nurturing, inclusive culture and meet program goals. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Participate in professional development and ongoing training. Assist with classroom setup, transitions, and daily routines including meals, rest, and hygiene.
