Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a solid foundation for their educational journey. If you have a love for teaching, a creative mindset, and enjoy working with children, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum using a faith based curriculum
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
  • Provide individualized attention and support to students
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
  • Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning activities
  • Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment We are a ministry of Alpha Baptist Church.
Our we believe God has called us to provide a safe, loving Christian environment that will serve our community. By giving children every opportunity to grow spiritually, socially/emotionally, physically and mentally, parents feel confident when leaving their children in our care.
We are currently seeking:
An educator in our 1 year old classroom. This is a part time position with the hours of 12:00
  • 6:00.
