The teacher will spend the vast majority of time with one group of children who attend at the same time.

The Role of Lead Teacher Major Function:

In accordance with the educational philosophy of the Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC), the lead teacher will develop the program along established guidelines and provide a safe, nurturing, positive classroom environment.
