Lancaster Christian Early Learning Centers are looking for dynamic, fun, amazing, educated, relational, and Christian teachers for our ones, twos and three-year old departments. FUN environment

Therefore, we must employ top-notch individuals who are looking to invest eternally in the lives of children 6 weeks old through pre-kindergarten. Not only are we ranked top in the state, we are also the largest centers around with over 225 children. We are looking for specific individuals who meet these criteria:
  • strong relationship with the Lord
  • experience in childcare environments
  • strong work ethic
  • capable of creating community amongst the staff
  • flexibility in hours (a variety of shifts are needed)
  • sincere love for children
  • familiar with or willing to learn department of education regulations
  • joyful
  • leadership experience
  • consistent attendance to a local church
  • must be 21 years of age or older Duties include but are not limited to: teaching children alongside other team members, overseeing curriculum, building relationships with parents, upkeep of room and materials, attendance at staff gatherings.
