Job Description

We are a family in Unionville, TN seeking a dependable, caring, and trustworthy childcare provider for our twin toddlers. This role falls somewhere between a traditional nanny and a babysitter/mother's helper. We are looking for someone who enjoys spending time with young children and providing loving, attentive care, but without the expectation of creating elaborate educational activities, transporting children, or managing an extensive list of household responsibilities. About the Position This is a full-time position with consistent hours and guaranteed pay. One parent works remotely from a home office, but allows the caregiver to independently manage the children's day and routine providing assistance when requested. Our twins thrive on a predictable schedule, and most days include: Playing indoors and outdoors Reading books and simple activities Serving prepared meals and snacks Maintaining nap routines Basic cleanup related to the children (high chair, toys used during the day, children's dishes, etc.) What This Position Is NOT No transporting children No heavy house cleaning No laundry for the entire family No elaborate lesson plans or constant outings No expectation to entertain every minute of the day We value warm, responsive caregiving and understand that toddlers benefit from independent play, quiet moments, and a relaxed home environment with someone who truly enjoys this season of childhood.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is dependable and punctual Loves toddlers and enjoys spending time with young children Is comfortable caring for two children of the same age Can confidently manage daily routines with minimal supervision Communicates well with parents Is comfortable with pets in the home (no animal care required!) Pay Range:
$15 - $18/hr (weekly or biweekly direct deposit available)
Start Date:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
