The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Responsibilities Provide attentive, compassionate care and supervision for children. Plan and lead age-appropriate educational activities, games, crafts, and learning experiences. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Follow daily classroom routines, schedules, and center policies. Assist with meals, snacks, diapering, toileting, and other age-appropriate care needs. Communicate professionally and regularly with parents and guardians. Work collaboratively with other teachers and childcare staff. Follow all applicable health, safety, licensing, and childcare regulations. Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous childcare, teaching, babysitting, or early childhood education experience preferred. Genuine love and enthusiasm for working with children. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Dependable, patient, responsible, and professional. Ability to maintain a safe and positive environment. Must meet all applicable background check, training, and licensing requirements.
