Job Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated Childcare Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and learning activities to ensure safety and well-being Foster positive behavior management strategies that encourage cooperation and respect among children Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards Support children with special needs by implementing individualized plans in collaboration with specialists when necessary Follow mandated reporting laws to report any signs of neglect or abuse promptly and appropriately Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, or nannying is highly preferred Knowledge of child development instruction principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (including pediatric first aid) is required; ongoing training is encouraged Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Reliable transportation.
