Certification in first aid and CPR is required; we will provide if neccassey Demonstrated ability in child supervision, activity planning for children, behavior management, and teaching young children. Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws to ensure child safety and compliance with legal requirements. Ability to engage children through teaching experience with young children or early childhood education background.
