Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on infant development milestones, including sensory exploration, motor skills, and social-emotional growth Provide attentive supervision and care to infants, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Foster positive relationships with children and communicate effectively with parents to share progress and address concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that promotes learning and curiosity Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid, CPR, mandated reporting laws, and infection control procedures Support individual needs by adapting activities for children with disabilities or special education requirements Document developmental progress and daily activities to inform ongoing assessments and parent updates Qualifications Prior experience working with infants in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision techniques Certification in first aid, CPR (including pediatric first aid), and child safety protocols required or obtainable upon hire Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, compassion, and excellent communication abilities Familiarity with early childhood education standards, behavior management strategies, and classroom experience in daycare or nannying environments Ability to work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere for children Join us in shaping the earliest moments of children's lives!
