Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety and positive behavior. Assess and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about their child's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and classroom continuity. Implement health, safety, and licensing standards at all times.
