Job Description
KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Addison center to create nurturing, engaging learning experiences for young children. In this role, you will design developmentally appropriate activities, guide social-emotional growth, and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom. You'll partner closely with families, collaborate with supportive colleagues, and uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure safety and positive behavior. Assess and document children's developmental progress. Communicate regularly with families about their child's growth and daily experiences. Collaborate with center staff to support program goals and classroom continuity. Implement health, safety, and licensing standards at all times. Support inclusion and respect for diverse backgrounds and learning needs. Participate in professional development and training. Contribute to a positive, nurturing center culture.
