  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Child Supervision
  • : Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor childrens activities, guiding and engaging them in constructive play and learning experiences.
  • Curriculum Implementation
  • : Assist in the delivery of age-appropriate educational programs that stimulate intellectual, physical, and social development. Prepare lesson plans that are both fun and educational, incorporating creative arts, music, and storytelling.
  • Daily Care
  • : Attend to basic needs including feeding, diapering, and facilitating nap times. Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met.
  • Interaction and Engagement
  • : Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Encourage children to develop their social skills through group activities, promoting cooperation and respect among peers.
  • Communication
  • : Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their childs progress and any concerns. Provide daily updates on activities and developmental milestones.
  • Observation and Reporting
  • : Monitor and document each childs growth and development. Identify any significant changes or concerns, and report them to the senior staff or management as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration
  • : Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in childcare or early education is preferred, but not required.
  • A patient and nurturing disposition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry children as needed.
  • Capable of maintaining active engagement with children throughout the day.
  • Must be able to sit on the floor, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
