This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to foster growth, support families, and contribute to early childhood education. Duties Supervise children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times through attentive child supervision. Provide infant care and toddler care that meets individual needs while encouraging social skills and emotional growth. Maintain a clean, organized classroom or childcare environment following daycare center experience standards. Employees must follow the minimum standards that is established by the state licensing. Administer first aid and pediatric first aid when necessary, ensuring quick response to minor injuries or health issues. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, nannying etc. Certification in first aid and CPR (Childhood First Aid preferred) with the ability to respond promptly in emergencies. Strong classroom management skills combined with patience and positive reinforcement strategies. Familiarity with mandated reporting laws to ensure compliance with legal requirements for child safety. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively and supportive atmosphere for children.
