Lead Teacher Shift:

Qualifications & Experience We're looking for a dedicated professional who combines education, experience, and heart. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required) 5 years of classroom experience Understanding of child development and ability to design engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans Excellent communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills Calm, confident leadership in managing routines and supporting children's emotional well-being Meets all state licensing, background check, and pre-service training requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with child safety and classroom activities
