We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Co-Lead Preschool Teachers (preschool 2 and an Infant teacher) to join our team and help create a positive learning environment where children can thrive. Position Summary The Co-Lead Teacher works alongside another lead teacher to plan and implement engaging educational activities, maintain a safe and nurturing classroom, and support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with co-teacher to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities Create a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom environment Support children's emotional, social, and academic growth Maintain positive communication with parents and families Observe and document children's progress and development Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations Guide children using positive behavior management techniques Assist with classroom preparation, cleanup, and daily routines Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school events Qualifications CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Previous preschool or childcare experience required Strong teamwork and communication skills Passion for working with young children Ability to manage a classroom in a positive and professional manner CPR/First Aid certification preferred Must pass required background checks Benefits Free childcare Competitive pay Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Health benefits
