Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records related to child welfare and safety. Lead activities that promote physical activity, literacy skills, and overall well-being tailored for toddlers and preschool-aged children. Qualifications Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure child safety at all times. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Understanding of childhood development stages, childhood welfare standards, and mandated reporting laws. Must be 18+and must pass a background check.
