Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving roles. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education settings is a plus. Strong classroom management skills combined with patience and positive reinforcement techniques. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children and communicate clearly with parents and team members. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs within a dynamic childcare environment.
