Reporting to the School Director, your core skills in classroom management and early childhood education will be essential in guiding toddlers through their developmental milestones. You will utilize your premium skills in curriculum development and behavior management to create engaging learning experiences. Your relevant experience in childcare and communication will enhance interactions with both students and their families, ensuring a supportive and enriching atmosphere for all. Responsibilities Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of 1-year-old students. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. Foster effective communication with parents regarding children's progress and needs. Monitor and support children's emotional and social development through play and structured activities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and share best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications Proven classroom management and childcare experience Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with young children Experience in implementing educational activities Knowledge of toddler care and childhood development principles Familiarity with behavior management techniques and early intervention strategies
