Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Baytown learning center. In this role, you'll create a warm, engaging classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow. You will design developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and cognitive development, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment. Teachers collaborate closely with families and teammates, maintain licensing and safety standards, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's growth, behavior, and learning milestones. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom events. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Collaborate with center staff to support center goals and enrichment programs. Support social-emotional development through positive guidance and routines. Participate in training and professional development to enhance teaching skills.
