Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise children and ensure a safe, engaging environment at all times Follow and teach a dedicated curriculum Support childrens developmental growth through structured learning activities Maintain classroom structure, routines, and positive behavior guidance Communicate effectively with staff and parents as needed Keep classroom areas clean, organized, and conducive to learning

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Must be able to pass background check and fingerprinting Previous childcare or teaching experience preferred but not required Passion for working with children and supporting early education Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, patient, and energetic
