Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for two year olds, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Your leadership will inspire young learners and support their transition from home to school, ensuring each child feels safe, valued, and excited to explore the world around them. Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and social-emotional skills tailored specifically for two-year-olds. Lead daily classroom activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and active learning through play-based methods aligned with early intervention strategies. Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques to foster a respectful and inclusive environment. Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, address concerns, and support ongoing development through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies by accurately documenting incidents and maintaining detailed records of each child's progress. Experience Teaching experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings, specifically with toddlers aged two years old. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing early childhood education standards. Familiarity with classroom management techniques tailored for toddler care environments. Knowledge of childhood development milestones, behavior management strategies, and preschool teaching best practices. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and community partners dedicated to child welfare and development.
