Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Boerne KinderCare center to support young children's growth and development. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom, design engaging, age-appropriate lessons, and foster each child's social, emotional, and cognitive skills. You'll partner closely with families through regular communication, maintain a clean and compliant learning environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with Kinder Care standards. Supervise children to ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Build positive, professional relationships with families and communicate daily about child progress. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for each child. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Observe and document children's development and learning milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support school-wide events and initiatives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
