Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to preschool and kindergarten students, incorporating Montessori methods and early childhood education best practices. Manage classroom environments effectively through positive behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques to foster a safe and inclusive space. Work closely with children to support their individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing standards to monitor student progress and inform instruction. Collaborate with parents and guardians through clear communication about student development, milestones, and classroom activities. Incorporate child welfare principles into daily routines, ensuring a nurturing environment that promotes overall well-being and safety. Utilize classroom experience to adapt teaching strategies for toddlers care, preschool experience, and private school settings. Experience Prior classroom management experience in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is essential. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and childcare. Experience working with children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and best practices in preschool education. Proven ability to plan lessons effectively while integrating Montessori or other child-centered educational approaches. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
