Your enthusiasm and versatility will help maintain smooth daily operations, assist lead teachers, and foster positive experiences for every child. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in early childhood education while making a meaningful difference in young lives. Duties Support multiple classrooms by assisting teachers with daily activities, supervision, and classroom management Engage children in age-appropriate play, learning activities, and social interactions to promote development and curiosity Ensure the safety and well-being of children by following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized environment Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine care needs for infants and toddlers Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar settings Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while remaining flexible to changing needs Passion for nurturing children's growth through caregiving, behavior management, and engaging activities Available 11:00am-5:45pm Monday-Friday.
