In this dynamic role, you will create engaging learning environments tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers and preschoolers. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire children to explore, learn, and develop essential skills that lay the foundation for lifelong success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners while working in a supportive, energetic setting. Duties Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy, numeracy, social-emotional skills, and physical development. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence. Manage daily classroom activities, circle time, play-based learning, and structured educational exercises. Support children with special needs through tailored strategies aligned with early intervention and special education principles. Foster positive behavior management techniques to promote cooperation, respect, and emotional regulation among children. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding each child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, assessments, and standardized testing results. Requirements Knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices in early childhood education. Familiarity with behavior management techniques and creating inclusive learning spaces for children with diverse needs. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families. Ability to lead physical education activities and incorporate movement into daily routines.
