Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, we use Frogstreet​ Curriculum, daily schedules and Routines. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among toddlers Manage daily classroom routines including circle time, snack time, outdoor play, and nap schedules with effective behavior management strategies Use classroom management techniques to foster positive behavior and resolve conflicts constructively Incorporate specialized approaches such as Montessori methods or early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or development Collaborate with colleagues to plan lessons that integrate curriculum development principles and support holistic childhood development Experience Prior classroom experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children in daycare, private school, or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development theories and best practices in early childhood education Experience in curriculum implementing literacy education programs for young children Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for toddlers to promote positive social interactions.
