Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Conduct educational activities that promote physical, social, and intellectual development
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the learning experience
- Create lesson plans based on educational standards and the individual needs of the children
Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each child
- Familiarity with Montessori or special education principles is a plus
