Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and create a vibrant classroom atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead early childhood education initiatives, develop engaging curricula, and support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development in a faith-based setting. Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for preschool children Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles and early childhood education best practices Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions and social skills among students Collaborate with families to support children's individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention services Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, assessments, and standardized testing results Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori methods into daily lessons Oversee classroom management to ensure smooth operation and adherence to safety regulations Skills Extensive experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and classroom management techniques Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and staff Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing environment Experience with standardized testing, tutoring, and literacy education methods Knowledge of Montessori educational approaches and toddler care best practices Demonstrated ability to lead a classroom confidently with professionalism and enthusiasm Join us as a Preschool Lead Teacher to make a meaningful impact on young lives while working in a supportive faith-based community that values growth, learning, and compassion.
